There are numerous 2 hour parking spaces along Elizabeth Street, or alternatively the Melville Street car park is a 10 min walk from the salon.

Cancellation policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will receive a confirmation text two days before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service.
If you cancel on the day or are a ‘no show’ then you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.
Do you recommend booking a consultation before my appointment?
We advise any clients to come in for a consult first if they are having a colour correction, are unsure what is achievable, have damaged hair, or are unsure what colour/style they want to to achieve. Consultations are free of charge.
What brands does your salon use?
EVO, Olaplex and Lakme.
What is the wait to book an appointment?
This varies depending on the time of year but we recommend that you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred stylist. However we understand that schedules can change and we advise to book 2-3+ weeks in advance. We do however have last minute cancellations for stylists so feel free to contact us via email or phone to double check and we can always add you to our cancellation lists.
